I work in the 18+ Transition Program in our district. We call ourselves  SELF (Skills for Enhancing Lifelong Fulfillment). Our mission is to help our students obtain the skills and resources necessary to walk into their post-secondary life. I have worked in this program since 2017. Before coming to SELF I was an ICAP Teacher at CPMS for 13 years and an elementary Resource/Life Skills Teacher at Whitestone Elem. for 2 years.
