What To Do When Someone You Know Is More Than Sad
Mental wellness is a crucial component of today's world. Our students are faced with multiple stress factors that go far beyond what they may encounter during the school day. Additionally, teachers are faced with determining how to help their students while navigating their own stressors. This session, facilitated by a Survivor of Suicide, will focus on what depression can feel like from multiple perspectives, and offer ways for attendees to help those they know who may be suffering in silence.
