Learn how to layer a variety of personality surveys to teach students (and understand) how to approach the complex dynamics of working in groups. This course will guide teachers and team members in using an Introversion scale, the True Colors survey and the LORB survey in layers to guide students toward more effective group and team interactions. Learn how to address shifting dynamics, as well as project implications and leadership opportunities. Discover implications for your PLC and other teams. An adaptable lesson plan will be offered, as well as other resources, for all participants.
