This session will provide an overview, rationale, and framework for teaching The Holocaust within the ELA Standards, and be applicable for both beginning and intermediate levels. Focus will be on synthesizing multiple genres, creating deeper-level questioning, respecting other cultures, fostering diversity, and reflecting on learning. Technology will be helpful, but not necessary.
