I learned about Face Reading before I began teaching and used the talent to build teams and hire people who would be a good fit in a position and with a team. Now in the classroom, face reading is an invaluable tool for building teams, understanding students and parents, and working with students who are either more quiet or think outside of the box. Face Reading is a great tool to have in your toolkit!
